did anyone notice the chick wearing the basketball jersey and the familiar way she is standing next to the other chick, the b-ball jersey is enough of a hint itself, i think if that other girl wasnt there that basket might be getting some good non-dg usage.
Did we find an acceptable reason to sit on a basket?

While the basket abuse is unfortunate, they guys in Lotus are far from DBs. They're a hippie jam band so don't expect collared shirts and high and tight hair cuts on the course (or anywhere for that matter).
I did some street team work for them back in college and, believe me, them and their entire crew are fantastic guys.

yeah...that's not cool...but what do you expect, they all look like they are in high school. it's every ones responsibility to take care of your disc golf course so if you see these people doing this stuff tell them to knock it off. and if your the one doing it, KNOCK IT OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't think that this gives them the right to abuse baskets. It made me never want to listen to their music.

In defense of these people, they are not trying to destroy the baskets. I think people that do things like this think that the a metal basket can support their weight and they just want a cute picture. It's more ignorance than being a dbag. I think the destruction and broken baskets rarely, if ever, come from these types of pics. to break those bolts you have to really try.
I did find another pic of an offender though.
that is a great pic reminds me of hot girl I used to date I just saw!
I've never seen anyone grillin in a basket mo idea what I'd do if I saw that. lol

I saw there's a new Gateway basket that just got approved at the end of October that they claim is beefier than the competition. If your local course has a problem with basket climbers, this might be an option...

Hey me and my friend are in high school and we dont damage the baskets, and we play twice a weekend. High schoolers know right from wrong they are just the ones who grew up with bad families.
