Just remember to go over the rules. There are some funny little ones, and you will get some ribbing for breaking them.

I have gone on a shopping spree trying to find discs that work for me. I know what you are feeling. Weights and plastics of the disc could play factors in your throw. I use innova dx around 165 until I get the form and technique mastered. My friends have told me to stay away from champion and...

Okay everyone. I am having trouble wrapping my head around spin when you throw. I thought the disc rips out of your hand when you throw. I am not letting go, but people keep saying spin it, but do not elaborate. Can anyone fill me in? AnytHing to get extra yardage would help.
