I've started using my Vibram VP from around 100'. It stops dead when it hits something, doesn't roll like the Aviar I was using and it sticks to chains if I happen to hit the basket. If it's windy I use a 170-ish Magnet.
Just played a couple holes at lunch today and used my Vibram VP. Second hole, I put one right in the chains from about 60' away. The VP rocks!!! Ok well some of that may have been luck but I'm really diggin' the VP for a putter.
Lost my first disc today :(
Green 170g Innova Coyote. Last seen flying into the high weeds on #17 at Laguna Lake here in California. It's my favorite midrange and I'm offering a 6 pack as a reward if someone finds it.
I watched the damn thing until it landed then proceded to walk the line it...
I played the local 9 hole ball/disc course last Sunday. Since it was wet and the only pair of shoes I have that are waterproof are my golf shoes, that's what I wore. They work nice on slippery wet grass tees and are great for walking up and down wet slopes. That's probably the only time I'd wear...
I just got a regular Teebird in champion plastic. I gotta learn it's quirks (or how to throw it correctly which is probably the case) but it seems like a good disc so far.
