Please tell me you didn't just type that with your genitals.

    Avery's grip tips

Yeah, I think more people should use these things. Especially in today's world, what's more important than our hands? Funny there isn't more emphasis on strengthening them. Lithicon, I just realized that the lines on my left and right hand are very different from each other, and it has freaked...

    Avery's grip tips

Yeah, that's why I asked for clarification on what 'mid-line palm' is; I usually put the disc in my hand in a way that helps to promote nose down. As you say, this grip requires you to really lock down your wrist (like going for a handshake). Also, I always use a 3 finger grip, but this one...

    Avery's grip tips

Can anyone clarify what is meant by 'mid-line palm'? Should the thumb be above the index - creating a true pivot, or can it be in front of the index? I've had some success with the latter. For those weak-wristed sissies out there...

    Stretching / Warm-ups

I messed up my elbow and didn't play for three weeks. Next time I went out, I told myself I had to take it easy. Threw just as far with half the effort.

Putter Drives - Form Tips -

I found his comments about the hand, elbow, and shoulders residing in the same plane enormously useful. I think, as he said this is a very common problem. Thanks, Kacthz.

Disc Angle and Arm Plane Question

I don't know too much about OAT (which really, is what your question concerns) but I do know that it's not always bad and that you can learn to use it to your advantage. You can create some really unique lines. If you're simply trying to throw an anhyzer or hyzer you want all the torque...

    Elbow Injury - Help

Well, I'm hoping for a few tips on form here. I've searched around a bit and haven't found anything that clearly explained the movement at the 'hit'. Any recommendations? Yes, I'll see a doctor.

    Elbow Injury - Help

I supposed I'm both prone to locking and rolling. I will make an effort to level out my throw, but I'm still confused about my arm extension. I guess the easiest way to ask is, how should my elbow be when the disc rips from my hand, extended? Bent at the elbow, if so, roughly how much?

    Elbow Injury - Help

I'm not sure whether I'm hyper-extending the elbow, or twisting it. I've noticed that I tend to drop my elbow about 4'' lower than my disc. I wouldn't be surprised if I did a combination of both. I like the equipment idea, I'll look into that.

    Elbow Injury - Help

After heading out to the practice field after a long winter I aggravated a minor elbow problem I've had in seasons past. I havent' seen a doctor but from what I've read it meets the criteria for golfer's or tennis elbow. I plan on resting it and then examining my technique to see what is causing...

[Discraft] Discrafts misprint deal is awesome

The Flash isn't understable, it's pretty overstable. That's a pretty tough disc to throw, the impact should be nice though.

    Turbo Putting Pro's

I've seen some pro make a nice turbo putt on some DG video I found on youtube. I don't think it was his primary style but he nailed it. That's about all I can contribute. =l Silly, do you have any tips for turbo? I don't think I'd use it exclusively but there are definitely situations that call...

    Injury

Yesterday at Emery I followed through backhand and hit a tree. My knuckles bruised and a little swollen.
