I would say more than just practicing putting, but really concentrating on putting. I realized after many years of playing you need to focus and concentrate if you want to be consistent.

Just happened to me on Wednesday. I was playing a round after work and I hurt myself in my right side after releasing an awkward drive. Instant 'oh man that didn't feel right'. Threw one more drive and couldn't finish the round. I've been really very sore since.

It's tough to find shoes that fit. I wear New Balance 12 4E for regular and running shoes. For disc golf I have lately been wearing Merrill hiking boots. I went all over to find adequate hiking boots, and the Merrills were all I could find. I do find them to be quite comfortable and good...
Have you tried the Northman? I find that one to be pretty reliable, I could never get it turn over. The King? For sure, but still a good distance driver.
