Domey "pop-top" discs are the death of consistent manufacturing. :gross:

Notice why there are no domey MVP discs?! :p

Really appreciate the flatness and consistent feel from disc to disc. Makes it easy to find a replacement too, which is a nightmare if you lose a disc from lots of other manufacturers.

"great for beginning players who want to add reliability and style in their game"

Yeah, "style"... let's keep playing into the trendy hipster aspect of dg  As long as the disc looks cool, you'll throw better.

"cool" looking discs and stamps have been sought after since discs were flying. Its a line in the marketing release lol biiiig deal.

I assume you aren't a Ric Flair fan either.

Atleast they didn't claim the disc has .... "a shot of adrenaline" (-disc golf manufacturer)

We had these POS blizz Bosses going around here, they had maybe CAC or USDGC stamps or something? Like, forever popping up as CTPs for club things. Heh, 'popping,' pun intended.

These things were so pop-top domey, it's like they had a 2nd shoulder? Like the profile view was a half-popped Jiffy-pop?

Not to hate on the current WR holder for D disc, but this particular run was comical.

This might deserve a thread http://www.pdga.com/announcements/axiom-inspire-your-game

"The Inspire is a slightly understable fairway driver with a 17mm wing size. This allows the inspire to be great for beginning players who want to add reliability and style in their game. The Inspire will serve to be a workhorse driver for everyone seeking a disc with low power requirement. The Inspire will debut this summer." - by Axiom Discs

the problem with the search is that it searches the posts not the thread titles. Man this bites I already have this disc in a slightly beat 171g switch.

It would be nice in the disc forums to be able to at least search by manufacturers. That would cut out some of the clutter.
