Vibram Discs (don't get caught without your rubber)

We have had success heating the discs in a microwave for a 90 seconds and then laying them upside down with a book on it. Let it sit over night and it should be good as new in the morning.

So when can we expect the ridge in other colors? When will we see the soft Rubber VP's? I want some more Vibram stuff badly, but just not what available right now.

So somehow I managed to sell or trade off all of the Production Run VPs. All I have left are my Protos and two of the atomic orange first run VPs. From 30+ production run VPs to 15 or so Protos. I have really spread the VPs around to the DGR folks, hope everyone likes them. And this should definitely should be a sticky!! The Ion/VP combo is awesome by the way, I suggest everyone try it!

I've really been liking the Ion/VP combo for the last week or so as well. Haven't missed my voodoos yet but I haven't played in any kind of moist or wet conditions with the Ion yet so we'll have to see if they stay out over time.

Finally got around to ordering an Ion. Hopefully I'll have it before the week is up and can start seeing what I think about how well it compliments the VP myself.

oh and loving the VP for putting more and more every round, it fits my style wonderfully and has been inspiring a lot of confidence which has been leading to better scores :D

It s funny. I switched to the Summit for putting (from the VP) when it came out but just did not seem to have the confidence that the VP inspired. I've switched back to the VP and it just feels right. I still use the Summit for 50 to 150 foot shots (which I consider approaches unless I'm playing doubles.)

that's right, make your way back to the mighty VP. It has special chain seeking powers!!

Are the 1st run ridges in regular or firm x link?

1st Run Ridges are in X-Link. 500 beeeyoutiful black discs (with no flight rating info).

The X-Link Firms are stock colors.

I've been hoping to get one of these ridges, but they don't seem to be available yet. What's the deal? Did the March 29 release date slip? Any idea when they will actually be available?

They are released. I know Sunking has them in stock, as do several others I am sure.

You can always buy them at the Vibram Disc Golf site: http://www.vibramdiscgolf.com/products.html

Regarding our Pinnacle Retailers putting them on their sites, Sun King is sold out (more are on the way),

Disc Golf World: http://www.discgolfworld.com/product_detail.asp?product%5Fid=3279
Discovering the World: http://www.dtworld.com/Vibram_Ridge_Putter_X_Link_p/vib-ridge-xl.htm
Utopia Disc Golf: http://www.utopiadiscgolf.com/search_results.aspx?query=ridge
Wright Life: http://wrightlife.com/site/store/product-detail/4022/golf/disc_golf_putters/

I will email Disc Nation and GGGT and make sure they get them up asap. Thanks for the heads up that they were not yet available at each of these stores. Also, we have many other retailers that have ordered them in the past week and will be getting them on the shelves soon. Lastly, if your local store does not carry Vibram discs, have them shoot me an email: [email protected]

Those places charge way too much for shipping IMO. $8 shipping for one disc direct from Vibram! I think I'll wait for GGGT or SunKing to stock them.

BTW, Why doesn't Prime have them listed?
