I used to play quakeworld when first person shooters were just coming online. Several of us played on the same server on a regular basis so we ended up forming a clan. A Cow clan. We change the standard quake skin to be that of a cow (with a gun of course) and had a lot of fun (clan name was Udder Insanity).

My nickname was Black Adder, but there was somebody else running around with that all the time so I was renamed Black Udder. Since it's a tad unusual, it's stuck.

(like the pony, but with bee instead) It had this retarded 1 tooth smile, so my sister started calling me Beetard. Later I tried a discraft buzz and decided it was my favorite mid, so Beetard, it is.

MINE IS from jr high as well... matchu is short for matthew... derived from sneezing. and has stuck ever since. I googled it once and came up with a nickname commenly used for matthew that might have allergies or something on those lines.

Dogma is our 75 pound German Shepard. We already had a dog named Karma, and that led to Dogma's name which started out as a joke, but stuck. She happened to be nearby when I needed a username. I've been surprised over time at how many people react strongly to it, both as a dog name and a username. It seems to be a loaded word for some people. Not being a particularly dogmatic person myself, I find those reactions both interesting and funny.
