Old pearly Beasts > any driver out there. Hands down my favorite disc ever produced!!

The old mold (x mold) Beasts. They went oop for 10 years and then came back, but they're not what they used to be. Fortunately I have an abundance of backups, we'll see how long that pearly plastic really lasts!!

My buddy Brian has bum knees and beat Kyle Crabtree with nothing but a 150 Sidewinder and a Blowfly.... Only happened once, but just saying, anything is possible...

This disc seemed to be a winner at the Ace Race we just had in Lake Stevens, WA. Easily more than half the people playing said that they were going to bag it for a while. I thought the feel was comfortable, the plastic felt great, and honestly I'm considering it as a putter. Felt really good...

Hard to tell from the picture if that's a Beast-X, might just be my eyes, but I can't see the curve in the wing. You are correct though, they never made a production run of the star Beast-X. The only one I know to exist is the old special blend that I have from the SB Orc era with DD initials...

The original or "x" mold Beast is my favorite driver ever! I'm still waiting for them to produce them in glow plastic, only disc missing from my glow bag!!

Flick and Zone

TOBU Discs, they have electronics inside for lighting, noises or to track with a phone app as well as 3 different textures inside the rim so that you can choose from smooth to gritty on your grip.

I would really like to see these molded up flat in diamond plastic!!

Discraft did the Discraft thing though and there are at least 95 now (5 unmentioned at the time with green stamp). HOPEFULLY that is all they release, but look at 10 yr Buzzzes. Only 10k, oh and midnight, oh and glow, oh and flag stamp, oh and DFS, etc........ I don't believe any limited...

I'm pretty sure it was the G* first. I have been wanting an x mold glow for years and have been waiting and hoping that Innova would bring the mold back. I remember about 3 years ago seeing Marshall Street listing G* as "old mold" and "new mold", both with same stamp and flight numbers. Don't...

I just wish they'd make a glow x mold already. It is the only disc that has been missing from my glow bag for years!! And I know I could attach an LED or glow tape, but I'm old fashioned with my glow bag and prefer glow plastic

My first ace ever was with a Beast L, so I still have some love for the mold, but the "Beast X" or "old mold" or "original mold" has always been my go to driver. The old pearly Pre Barry Beasts are the most versatile discs I've thrown, and it is a shame that the mold was not available for...
