    Sugaree-Phase 2

Typical DG BS. Great course. Too bad the entire communtiy is encapable of simply enjoying what they have. But I guess infoghting is more fun.

Elaine Kings leaves Discraft due to not receiving a signature disc

I have watched Elaine haul trees, brush and vines on several occasions while building a course. Guess that doesn't count for signature discs. No Biggee. She's probably a bigger person than anyone at Discraft anyway.

BS review of Black Falls DGCR

Good for you! The average DGer is gonna be that guy. Chase them off, off and embrace the decent people.

    Throwing Uphill

Thumber, thumber and thumber. Build arm strength and hit the line.

    [Latitude] Lat 64 Pure

It feels more like Innova's Pro plastic than the Zero soft. Firmer, but good grip and wears slower. Cool plastic. I have a 170 in red 10/10 I'll give you for a free Coke or something if you want to give one a try. It is just hiding in my work bench anyway.

    The Par 6

I typo'd! Otmis Burlington, NC. Never been to ND. :D And I probably wouldn't birdie there either.

    The Par 6

Springwood in Burlington, ND has or had one. It is or was a pointless filler hole. Although it would make a decent hole for kids or beginners. I played it once and got par. :\

Ever run from a course screaming?

I made the mistake of playing Renny Gold after a couple months experience at DG. I ran to my car screaming after the round. Cried like an injured little girl that night in my hotel.

[Latitude] Saint. What is it for?

For my noodle arm Saints are not horrible in the wind. I play with an aging local pro that hyzer flips the snot out of one on a rope for sweet 350-400 shots. But I don't have that kind of game. Just grab a Saint and a Saint Pro and then you are covered unless the wind is pretty severe. They...

Hanging baskets at tournaments... Appropriate or not?

Mando added some rebar coming up from the ground to keep the baskets from swinging wildly. They'll still shift a little, but they don't swing freely. Besides, I remember discussions where most people think putting is too easy for the top players. Maybe some hanging baskets with a little bit...

Hanging baskets at tournaments... Appropriate or not?

Wrong question for me. I wouldn't play a tournament anywhere for the most part. Other than a local casual tourney with few players. I don't have the time or patience for the brilliance of tourney play. But I did once play and cook burgers and dogs at Sugaree.

Hanging baskets at tournaments... Appropriate or not?

Waiting for Mando to chime in. Sugaree has some weak looking baskets, but I've never had a bad bounce or shot I felt cheated on. Hang 'em all I say. Who needs concrete and all that crap!??

Sarah Hokum in a car accident...

Hey I have been to throw a Pink Diamond that is marketed towards women and children. I have no qualms about discs that market female players. But I am old, uncool and have almost zero ego. So I am not the real disc golf target market.

Sarah Hokum in a car accident...

Once again, simple economics. Get your female friends playing and buying more discs. Guess what, I don't buy a ton of Donna Karan purses.
