It looks like the UPS tracking link finally updated. The site says it was just dropped off this morning, so maybe Friday, probably next Monday before a lot of reviews start coming in.

And I say THIS. We had our fun trashing them when the first response is what we had to go on, but whether it was a screw-up on Hillary's part or we really swayed them, it IS being taken care of properly and that should be what is taken out of tonight's Internet maelstrom.

SERIOUSLY? I can see if it was missing a zipper cord or even had a crooked seam or two, but the straps are pretty much the main point of a backpack. How do you miss that? In a morbid way, I can't wait to see what horrors the rest of us end up unboxing.
