Hey everyone, just wanted to post something about the new course at french creek. What a challenge, we played all the holes to the long pins, but it has short pins as well for beginners or short drivers. if you're ever in the area its well worth it! :D

back issues are hard to deal with, but i agree stretching is soooooooooooo important. I broke my back a year ago and had a 4 disc (not the kind you throw) fusion operation, and making myself stretch and improving my flexability was the only way for me to play comfortably again. Also stretching...

this would have to be the day i was playing at roland park in akron and about 60 head of cattle came roaring through from the 3rd hole by the road towards the corn field next to hole 15. COW CRAP EVERYWHERE!

jimb, all the signs are pretty much the same, but there a few new basket positions, and it looks like maybe a couple of brand new holes. But unfortunately i'm not sure how they work into the 21 normal holes.

WOW!!!! I just got back from a round at roland park in akron, and its the first time i've been up there since the weather has gotten a bit nicer. The course looks the best i've ever seen it, clean and trimmed up. GREAT JOB to all the lancaster people putting in the effort!

haha, i guess with all the hatred towards "frolf" because of the frisbees not being the correct name for the equiptment i'm going to start spreading DOLF :) haha sorry just had to throw another iron on the fire. keep on chuckin everyone
