Putting from "on-top" or "below" basket

Hey everyone, Recently I've run into some trouble putting (inside the circle) when being below or above the basket. Ex: 15-25 out from the basket by distance, but 5-10ft difference in altitude from the chains. This is not exclusive to double or triple poles, but most definitely inclusive...

What's the coldest day you'll play?

Growing up in the Chicagoland area, I've decided that I will tolerate temps 25 and above, with no to low winds. Any moderate wind...better be 35 or higher. That is for solo rounds. Might as well enjoy your time out there. Playing a round with a few buddies with high competition... as long as...

Strangest Thing You Have Seen On The Disc Golf Course II

Today I had three deer cross my path (At Hazel Landing- Carmel, IN). This past summer two high school students were trying to make love on the back nine of Murdock Park...in the rain/mud. Romantic!

    The Turnover Shot

I guess I've been missing the emphasis on the hyzer-flip to prevent the turn and burn, my usual product. This is my winter project! The tangent has really given my game some confidence. Once again, I appreciate it. Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

    The Turnover Shot

Thanks for all your help guys. Seems I will focus on technique, and stop in at my local shop to see what they have used!

    The Turnover Shot

That's exactly what I have read/ thought about the river, but I either get a dead straight shot or a fade back left. What gives?

    The Turnover Shot

Hi All, As the title may imply, I'm struggling to produce a successful turnover shot. I'm talking about a straight high speed flight for 200' or more, then a low speed fade to the right. I pulled it off only once, with my GL river. It was beautiful, and I'll never forget it. I am RHBH...

    [Latitude] Saint Pro

All this "flashing" talk has me very nervous. The Saint Pro is on my "future purchases" list. I love my Saint to death, but with more power (and more work in), I was starting to turn it over. Both my flow and riot aren't handling the wind as nicely as I would like, and my previous experiences...

2.00 star(s) Useless Cousin of Sister Course -Open (Con as well) -Well maintained -Close to campus -Some feel of overlap in fairways as well as tees/baskets. Keeping up technique inside

Hey man, I'm in the same scenario- college, midwestern-er. We used to do these exercises back when I was a swimmer. Get to your Rec center and do this! Start as picture illustrates. Keep elbow to your side and pull away from your body (on a horizontal plane- i.e. even with the ground). This...

    Rainy/ Fall Weather Shoes

Hey DGCR, A few of the courses I play at can get swampy. As of late, even morning dew makes for soggy socks- not fun. I'm looking to keep my feet warm AND dry as fall approaches. Keeping a price tag under $100, and avoiding super clunky shoes would also be helpful. Any suggestions?

    [Latitude] Fuse Alternative

Hey man, My apologies. This was the first week where I actually had a chance to use the disc an ample amount of time. (Girlfriend says I need to study... :wall:) I didn't want to respond after using it nine holes, what's the point? If you play a new disc, have a bad round- some would blame it...

    [Latitude] Fuse Alternative

This is the only mid I throw, unfortunately. I am a college student, and don't have lots of $$ to be spending on discs (though I would love to.) I'm hoping to be able to expand my quantity of discs in the near future. With that being said, I like to manipulate discs instead of swapping them.
