There's a bit of oat in there, I'm working on it.
That field drops about 6 feet from where I was throwing. That particular drive was between 280 and 320, my gps was accurate+-19 at the time and it measured right at 300.
here's another view of a different drive, if it helps ...
My Sig is what I carry. It's on the understable side of things, but that's my style. Every once in a while I'll go hunting for a beefier mid but I never find one that I like. I rarely throw the crank, PD covers almost everything on the driver side.
I've been dreaming about a disc like this for a while now. It's certainly possible that they are wearing at a comparable rate to other base plastics. Maybe I'm just paying closer attention to these cause I want them to be perfect in every way. I'm stupid happy with them regardless.
I love this disc. That said, I'm a little concerned about durability. On the first putt, the chains dented it and I took a chunk out of the overmold on a 50 footer that hit the top of the basket. They were pretty well scarred up by halfway through the round and I didn't even drive them. I've had...
Tacoed the crap out of mine today. Full power into a tree at 50 feet. It didn't recover. Didn't chunk though. In my experience, rpro aviars recover pretty well from a hit like that. They clover a bit but the rim stays flat. The xt warped and stayed that way. Even after my attempts to bend it...
Understable for me. Nice tho. They seem to be molding up relatively flat.
I picked up a 177 hoping for a little bit of fade. Instead it flys a lot like my esps but a tick faster since it's a little flatter. It's also the only premium plastic disc that I've ever had permanently taco on a tree...
One of my favorite shots is a hyzer flip to flat that flies straight for most of its flight before beginning to turn for the last third or so of its flight. If I throw it high enough I can almost throw question mark shape flight paths as they fade back. This shot works with comets, pa4's and...
