    Wicked foot faulters!

In casual play I would point it out and let him know that I would call him on it in a league or tournament. I would not tell him to re throw, putt, etc. In league play I would call him on it evenly and continuously until he stopped. One or two feet or inches means nothing on a 200' throw but...

    ChUcK's latest dye...

Chris sprague did a panic disc for a local golfer that looked identical to the one you just plotted.

Training a Dog to be a Discer

I have a chocolate lab who does exactly what you are looking for. On a normal basis May just goes after her disc. She does not need any coaxing to do this but if I have throw it and she missed it I just say "go get your disc" or "where is your disc" and she is off like a flash to find it. She...

    tournament legal

you can only have up to a 1/4 gash in a disc, or was it 1/8th of an inch I can't remember right now but a 1/2 inch is a no go for sure.

    Plastic alternatives?

There are companies that make wood trophies for tournaments, I have tried throwing them and found them to be really flippy (they have an almost equal distribution of weight to make the flight plate stampable) they also hurt to catch. I think some form of organic weave might work but not very...

    Moving sticks or dirt bombs?

It is all fine as long as the stick/ dirt clod etc. doesn't in some way also go in front of your lie.

Beat in Teebirds/ best plastic to throw for low scores

I prefer working in champ and or star teebirds. They do have a much longer rate of change and for me this allows me to develop with my plastic, one huge downside comes when you loose a beat up disc in champ plastic. It can take 3 years easy to beat in a new one. Even if you have discs in...

How do you choose a League???

Agreed Eric, lunchtime league is the best around. It is really nice to have a well handicapped league because it means that everyone is your competition. It also means that the pot gets progressively harder to win. By the end of the season some guys have to shoot a 6 down to tie an am who...

    Golden ticket

The golden ticket has been found. One of the hyzer desert rebels out of Bend, Oregon got it with his roc purchases. 1 keeper and a couple of throwers. What a keeper.

    orc or wraith

I don't throw max weight for distance drivers but saying you can't see a need for max weight plastics means you are closing your eyes, most every pro I know throws predominately max weight I wish they all new as much as you; I am sure their ratings would instantly fly past the 1040 barrier or at...

    New Course

Definite par four's a three feels like a birdy and a 2 would be a fairway ace, just cause some of the other holes are jump putts doesn't mean these aren't par 4's.

    Teebird why NOT

5 teebirds that is way overkill, I only keep 4 in my bag. :D

    Your very first disc!

172gm glow dx eagle-x, 175gm pro shark, and 175gm proline rhyno. I lost the eagle within about 2 months, aced with the shark and gave it away to a new player some time later. Still have the rhyno around beat to snot, with a couple of aces, I am super comfortable with it so I put it into the...
