Thanks to all the arguing that lead to several great posts, I now have a far better knowledge of how the upper body works in the swing. I was thinking of everything moving around the spine equally. I was actually questioning that the other day while watching James Conrad throw. It's easy to see...
Everything clicked for me the other day. Everything Sidewinder22 is trying to teach makes perfect sense now. I was trying to think of a better way to teach the feeling, but came to the realization that his drills are designed to try to give you the feel. That's the best you can do.

Thanks for sharing that baseball video. I was out playing a practice round, and I wasn't doing too well.
Then I had the idea to try swinging my arm like a baseball bat. That didn't work, but then I imagined just my upper arm as the bat.
There was a noticable difference in the way everything...
I went to a clinic with Avery and Simon Lizotte. They said to spin it as much as you can. Simon said his game improved from practicing driving with putters.

I bought a couple if packs of the black and they worked great. I also bought a bulk jar of the violet though, and it doesn't seem to work at all. It says Poly on the label. I figure someone screwed up and put the regular iDye in an iDye Poly container. Has anyone else tried the large jars?
Most Roc throwers I know just power down on a Stalker for the overstable mid-range distance shots. Fairway drivers are pretty much always better in the wind, and a headwind tends to cut down the distance anyways. Personally, I just use a Cryztal Z Zone and an Opto Trident for anything the Zone...
Salient Discs Prometheus. After all the big claims, I expected something that flew at least a little different. It turns out it's just another high speed driver that's the size of a midrange. I wouldn't have been so disappointed if it wasn't for all the ridiculous hype.
