disc golf is lame, but a bunch of grown men running around in pajamas, calling each other 'the colonel' and shooting each other with glorified nerf guns is TOTALLY the opposite of lame...

I've been playing this game for about 10 or so years and didn't get my first ace until last year on my birthday. Hole #8 at Beaver Ranch in Conifer, CO. Since then, I've gotten 2 more. One on #2 at Firefighters Park in Troy, MI and the other about a week ago on #6 at Johnny Roberts in Arvada...

Was playing at the Westminster, CO course, just walking along the river. All of a sudden I spot the biggest wild snake I've seen in my life, a Bullsnake. It was about five feet long with green and yellow. Needless to say it scared the **** out of me. I just kept a distance and played through...
i think having the headphone wires would f#$% up my swing something fierce..
though, i have carried my ipod with a tiny portable speaker before and that was pretty nice. But then you have to be 'that guy'.:cool:
Usually the people who are talking trash on the course are the same people littering or tagging the tee signs/baskets with sharpies...lame.
inversely people who look down on others for not being so good have probably lost why the sport is so great...FUN.

Very technical 9 holes that plays shorter than the regular 18 at the Badlands. Great change of pace in the middle of the round. Heavily wooded that offers a lot of shade and tough drives. All nine holes now have baskets. Mostly, though, this little course is just fun! you...

One of Denver's Best
Great mixture of terrain: trees, water and elevation. Multiple pin placements for every hole keeps the course fresh. Long downhill bombs make you feel like the man while the long uphill drives keep you modest. Great layout with most of the foot traffic being other golfers...

Very close to the city, good for a quick after work round. Designed very well with limited space. This course will keep you humble with your short game, thanks tube tone! Some of the shots can be very technical, if short. Not a whole lot of people know about this course, so...
