Not everyone is F5ing threads to see responses.
Yeah, because nobody can throw further than you, right? Looks to me like he's being sincere. Go look at his youtube videos and you can tell he knows what he's doing, but most of those holes he's throwing at are less than 350' so it's hard to tell what his max D is.Whatever he is lying believe what you want.

ANYBODY, yes I said ANYBODY, can throw 500'.
Practice an hour a day? That's for suckers.
Hit the weight room & work on those core muscle groups? Wouldn't want to ruin your Cirque de Soleil-like flexibility, right?
Roids? HGH? Donkey gonads? All tasty, but who needs the hassle?
Just do what 90% of message board users do & use Rayco's Message Board Distance Ruler (patent pending). It is a ruler the same size as a piece of baseball card bubble gum, but calibrated to measure 1 foot. Useful for "message board" driving distance measurements (like the ubiquitous 500' Epic thumber). Boys & girls, you don't have to be Avery Jenkins, endlessly refine & sharpen your snap, or even have any limbs at all to throw 500'. Just rush to your nearest DevilHawk retailer & ask for the Message Board Distance Ruler, by Rayco.
Agreed. I've heard a lot of smack in my day, but Elf Balls?? NEVER!!I don't care at this point, this thread has started another great DGCR joke- go eat elf balls.![]()
Personal story time. I have been really focused on increasing my distance this year, I am finally throwing around 400' with some consistency. Great right, improve my scores right, not really. I have been playing some rounds with guys I can out drive by 50' feet or more and they shoot just as well as I do. Sure I have a slight advantage on holes that are 400' long but most holes are shorter or longer. The folks I have been playing with make up the difference with their second shot, not to mention they are way better putters than I am. Had I (or anyone) focused on putting over increasing distance I would be a much better player. That being said I still want to learn how to throw 500', why because I am an idiot.
LOL this is hilarious because it is true!
I had been working on my distance as well and the last time my one buddy was out with me he said "Wow! I wish I could throw like you are." And I looked at him and said "You are 4 strokes under me..."

I'm the last person to advise on distance---my drives are short enough I can still read the disc model---but the advice about continuing to grow will no doubt pan out.
