Beable-thanks for those doughnuts, they hit the spot. Sorry for the bad words about Knob Hill, but it doesn't compare to Tyler. I'll have to hit you up next time I'm near Pitt for the local tour

Kachtz – I'm glad you took my advice on form and discin' down. It seems to be paying off. As soon as your Roc is out to 600, step up to a leopard.

Prerube – thanks for the campfire and solid donations. The arrow might not go in my bag, but it provided plenty of laughs, and if I get around to a disc golf wall I will proudly display the gag prize up there

Jrawk – Great job organizing this weekend. I expect next year to be even bigger and better so start planning early.

Biscoe – I can't say thank you enough for letting us stay and play on that beautiful cow farm/disc golf course. Against all odds we didn't burn down the barn.

Jeffshattuck – solid shooting with you, im not sure if you or gottafixit won best dressed, but I imagine it was close.

Cyclops- thanks for the ride, the tent, the cot, the sleeping bag, the surge, the sweet donated Flx Avenger SS that golfnbob took, and thanks for putting up with me the whole time.

Golfnbob, - it was great playing with you. I don't think I stopped talking all round and you still managed a hot round. Maybe next time I'll get to shoot from your lie. And thanks for that sweet mini.

Cheddapig- I have PM'ed Tim to add local Ihops to the course map so we can take another sick roundtrip based on eating spots. French creek dubs 11/7?

Gottafixit – I'm looking forward to throwing that warrior. I think Jrawk took one while I was sleeping during the campfire, but the other is going to challenge my buzz for a spot in my bag.

Tomschillin – I saw some nearby courses on your wishlist. Shoot me a pm if you go play in DE or tyler state. You should add iron hill/carousel to your wishlist.

BMXcrazekid –Seems like you were the only person shorter than me in the picture. Please do not grow or bring someone smaller next year. Also, stay out of the landfill FOREVER, there is only trouble, agent peebody and frank delic.

Chrishysel – I am upset/happy I didn't have my wallet while looking through your truck, but your donations were solid. We need to play a round next time as Zack was going on and on about your cannon.

Disc dog – I was a little out of it at the campfire, but did you ever explain that machine you had to sleep with?

Vegan Ray- I'm not sure how a vegan cooks meat that well, but I probably don't want to know what was in that stew. Thanks for offering to let me, but not Zack, sleep at your place. I imagine it was an upgrade from the barn, but I made out ok.

As a side note, we swung by the grange to check on my two discs lost during glow and both were there. My main putter, esp Zone, and my main mid, a Cryztal Buzzz. I blame my performance in best shot dubs on missing these discs/being a terrible player/not having Bob as a partner

I really had an amazing time. such a diverse group of people coming together with the common love of DG. I knocked out 4 wishlist courses (HH,Sunny,Dark,Tiki) and need to come back for Patapsco, Loriella and Pratt.

I think Zack may have been commenting about my lack of a cannon and how I had a few ob's and missed putts and was flirting with a mid to upper 50's round with a weenie arm.

i'd like to commend jrawk on busting his ass on this thing and being capable of dealing with the inevitable clusterfck that running dg events becomes first time out.

also thanks to kachtz for the great signs and to all for good attitudes all around.

the vegan can outcook anyone i know who i don't call mom.

also always nice to see hysell slumming with the masses.

oh the hurtful things you say John.

I hung out there for a while after you left, even after dark. I don't do that at your events or even at the Grange.

i saw jrawk in Richmond today. Weird. I was friggin on fire. He might be my good luck.

I'm in town tonight and tomorrow working at VCU Siegel Center. Only played the back nine today. But i finished 3 under with birds on 12, 13, and 15 (gold tees).

Will be there tomorrow. Staying at the Holiday Inn down on Hermitage.:hfive:

you didn't get a birdie on 15 from the golds. They moved the basket up into hades. Maybe it was 16 and in that case you suck because no real man would ever throw that hole from the golds.

I'd consider playing tomorrow but I have a 5:00 dentist appointment so there is no way I could make it.

you are correct, it was 16 the lake hole.

Gold looked like the longer tee. It's the one to the left and back 10 yards from the water, where blue would be to the right all the way at the edge of the water.

you should have caught up and tagged along Jrawk. You would have gotten a real treat. I had one of those rounds where I couldn't miss. We were playing the blue tees and I made every putt up until hole 9. 5 deuces on the front 9. Then I went to the parking lot and made $175 on disc sales. I would have bought some good dinner.

true. That's the white/gold. The kiddie golds is across the pond under the trees. It's a Tiki/Cubby/Putt hole.

That basket was crushed by a tree last week but somehow got replaced already. I put my tee shot into it tonight but it didn't stick.

I think I teed off 17 using that kiddie gold
