    Naval Hill DGC, Nashville, TN

This is a new course almost completed in Nashville's Shelby Park. As of now there are 16 of 18 baskets in, and 10 have concrete tees at this point. It is now the closest one to the downtown area of Nashville. The course is mostly a hilly "grove course" with just a few holes in the woods...

    Putting from up close.

For 5-10 footers, I actually leave my bag on one shoulder to force my body to putt like this. I have no choice to just arm it in when the other half of my body has the wieght of my bag on it. Declining to play through

I have a three-legged boxer with limited stamina...so I use a similar tactic when I bring her along. I say " oh, we're just taking a break, go ahead" ...even though she is a trooper..and begs to go play with me every time I put on my disc golf shoes :)

    Declining to play through

Yeah, this is usually my plan of action. What's weird is that this happens only on my home course..which is mostly frequented by newer players. At other courses around where more advanced players play, they are eager to play through. So, it seems the newer players are truly trying to just be...

Flying Lotus radio. Just the right amount of energy and repetitiveness. Keeps you focused but not distracted.

    Declining to play through

So, this happens to me quite frequently. I play a lot of solo rounds, yet I play relatively slowly compared to the others at my home course. I like to take my time..focus on the shot..and if it isn't crowded, which it usually isn't, I'll take some practice shots too. When someone or a group...
