[Recommend] My endless quest for a driving putter

Throwing putters I love throwing putters, Fluid Warden, straight even with a little wind and it is long. Fluid judge for left at end. PA1 in wind or when I need a hard left. Harp X2 medium for drives little less fade to left than PA1, and soft for upshots, flick has slight turn. Proxy...

    Pittsburgh Weekend

I agree with DND, you can play those courses but it would be very difficult to do in the amount of time you have allotted. When we drive out there to play those courses we can do 2 rounds SR and 2 rounds Moraine at a comfortable pace which is a least 4.5 hours at each course.

    Pittsburgh Weekend

Hey why not play a round at Slippery Rock? School will not be in session (that is the only time to play it).

    The Perfect Anhyzer/Hyzer

This off season I increased my distance from 280' with a max of 315' to an average of 310' with a max of 350'. All of this was done with forum advice from mainly SW22 and HUB. I am new to the game and willing to try new things. I tried the OP's grip suggestions and instantly lost all the gain I...

    [Recommend] less flippy saint suggestions??

Less flippy saint I think the Escape will work for you. A 169 Moonshine Es ape will be perfect right away but will only last a season before breaking in beyond what you are seeking. I prefer the fluid plastic feels great loves you long time.

    [Putters] Putter for driving practice

Watch HUB and SW22 All I did was watch HUB and SW22 videos and follow up with field work with putters and a few putter only rounds. My form looks much better and overall gained at least 40' on my drives. My putter drivers are Warden, Judge, Atom, and Aviar R-Pro. My putter bag also includes...

[Recommend] What's your favourite disc for a good long hyzerflip?

Flip My choice for trilogy would be out of the box Underworld, a three tree hit Moonshine Escape or recycled Hatchet. Two of my favorite hyper flip discs were a used fuzion trespass and a used sparkle Sword. There are plenty of players who retired discs because they get too flippy for them. I...

    [Recommend] Question for the Gyronauts

Mvp In my Triology bag I carry 3 wardens, in my MVP bag 3 Atoms. They are my putting and driving discs. When I practice putt I use all 6. Love my Atoms, straight and long for driving. My distance drive max's out at 300 but I throw the Atoms 265 sometimes longer. Others I would recommend in...

[MVP] MVP Disc Sports (Official Thread) (Part III)

Rating That rating is from disc golf center. I guess I need to reassess using that site for all my flight ratings.

[MVP] MVP Disc Sports (Official Thread) (Part III)

Inspire/relay QUOTE=bfowler;2917303]I've been using an Inspire for my US fairway but want to try a relay. Anybody thrown both? Opinions. I throw the relay (circuit ) on dogleg rights and flip to flats and annies. I bag the Inspire (6,5,-4,1) but rarely throw it. Inspire is like a frog and a...

    "Discing Down"

Specific stuff Read stickies in technique forum, watch Lizzote circus video and mcbeth and sexton clinic video on YouTube. Both talk about throwing putters and low speed mids. Advice similar to the others that responded. Personally I have been playing 1.5 years and have just recently followed...

[Latitude] Would like to see from Latitude 64

More winter plastic I like to have all my trilogy discs in the winter plastic. My biggest want is a elasto Harp. My bt softs look like a mini roller coaster and leave more fade and stick to be desired at the end. I currently bag Warden, judge, Escape and claymore in the winter plastic. Side...

    Short stride

nothing but net Slowplastic: It is 18 degrees outside, snow and ice on the course. I will not be throwing outside for awhile. I have set up a net in the basement and am experimenting with the short stance and other ideas mentioned in this thread. I will keep you informed of my progress as I...

Review by wannabparked in course Calvert Road Park

3.00 star(s) DG in DC Easy to get to if you are visiting DC. I was just able to get 18 in before Sunday doubles. The mandos make the course interesting by require a variety of shots. You do not need very many discs. I played the course with 4 discs. Tee pads are concrete and in good shape and size. This is...
