I'm partial to comic book characters so I would probably do a Daredevil dye on it. Dye everything black except for the parts where the light shines on him. Almost like the Scarface poster with Al Pacino.
Deadpool, Red Hulk....tons of red characters you can choose from - if you're into that sort...
Totally not what I thought this would be. All this time, I thought the shoulders needed to be parallel to the direction of the throw as the elbow is opening up.
I was actually watching slow mo vids of McBeth last night and totally mirrored what you have on your image.
Thanks for this HUB...
^^ Voted putting even though I have a practice basket in my garage. I live in a condo that doesn't have a place to take my basket out and HOA frowns on "Frisbees" being thrown around.
Definitely a mental thing for me. I'd probably be the next World champ if I had my own backyard. :)
I'm 43 so you I consider you a young punk. :p
Daleh2013, good luck with the knee. I had ACL surgery less than 2 years ago and still working through it. It's taken this long cuz I was too lazy to keep going with my PT.
Did some field work last weekend and decided to work on "crushing the can". I had the longest throw...with a Boss of all discs! I only use my Boss for utility shots. This thing went farther than my tern. Even my Teebird was a little pass the Tern. Can't wait to do some more work this weekend...
I have wide feet myself and slip on my Nasus more than my regular sneakers. Then again, it could be my form and the fact that the shoe fit a little bigger than normal.
I'll have to try the Targhees, like you mentioned. Guess I'll be going to REI today.
I seem to only be tearing the spot on the inside ball of my big toe. Not sure if that's normal. I have an issue with my plant knee collapsing on my throw which I'm sure is causing my knee pain.
I'm thinking of still getting a Nasu and purchasing a more inexpensive shoe to play with until I...
Just sent Keen a pic of my torn up Nasu after 11 months of playing once a week. Here's a reply from one of their respresentatives:
Nevertheless, they honored the warranty and gave me store credit to buy another shoe from their website. This same thing happened to my Delavegas last year.
I'm...
Lost one out in LA Mirada when I threw all my discs in my bag. One of them was a sweet teebird that McBeth signed. I was more bummed losing it because it had the best flight out of all the TBs.
