I am a big proponent of perfecting your form THEN working on from there. Find an understable mid or putter (buzz ss, element, magic, ect.) and do some field work with that. As soon as you’re comfortable with being able to throw understable discs with a little hyzerflip, or completely flat...
‘Hyzer’ refers to the release angle of the disc, not the flight pattern of the disc. A disc does not ‘hyzer’ out, it fades. An understable disc does not flip then fly ‘anhyzer,’ it flips/turns.
If we are going to be nazis about the definiton of stable, understable, overstable, we might as...
I have the gateway backpack and that thing has been through hell and back and still has held up well. I got it because it fit well enough that I could ride the motorcycle to and from the course. On the way back from a round, a lady pulled out in front of me and the following happend:
Ninja-...
So they have hit:
1) Subatomic particles
2) Mathematical quantites
3) EE
Im hoping for a another putter the 'quark,' some more mids 'matrix,' or 'limit' with another fairway driver 'watt'.
RADIUS of a circle = .... the radius of a circle. (Straight line distance from center of circle to the circle's edge.)
AREA of a circel = pi*(r^2)
In engineering USA is officially metric, but engilsh engineering units are almost exclusively used. Go figure.
ratings are 'over rated' in my opinion. Unless you play in rated tournaments at unfamiliar courses your rating will be ballooned. You can get a local guy who only plays courses in their home town, so their rating would appear higher than if they were to travel and play courses that they don't...
I have been using a 175 Westside King for my distance rollers. If you get a good snap on the disc you can throw it flat and it will stand up and start rolling after about 100 feet. Or you can get a little more elevation on your throw with it and start with a little anny, which will result in a...
I have noticed that the Boatman has MORE glide than what a firebird does, but is a little faster/longer. Ill use the boatman if I want to cover a LOT of lateral ground right to left whereas a Spirt or a Rage are more spike hyzer/skip applications, and a firebird is just Mr. Reliable for the 330...
That hole is KNARLY!! Especially from the blue tees. Played it over the summer and that course is definitely in my top 5. On to pressing business.
I had the pleasure of taking a 3 on the hole with the following:
Big backhand roller that I got to land about at the crest of the hill then roll...
If you allow yourself to complete a full follow-through then you should aleviate some of the pain in your joints. Check out will schustricks form, its absolutely perfect. Very smooth, fluid, and there is no abrupt acceleration (or deceleration) in the entire throwing motion.
Here in St. Louis, most every course has multiple pin locations; all of which are rotated on a fairly regular basis. The newest course that went in however has a only got natural pads for the time being, but it also has 3 (working on putting in a gold level tees as well i believe) which make it...
I just read your review for Quail and saw that you mentioned 15 as being an impossible shot. Depending on the pin placement, try either a thumber or tomahawk over the top. One of the most frequently birdied holes on the course.
Well my last name is North sooo... Id have to go with a Westside Northman. That thing is a hyzer flip machine. Or throw it flat and let her fade SOOOOOO far right. I can't throw a forehand to save my life, so the Northman gets used for those dogleg right shots in the 350 ft range.
