I noticed you like the feel/Flight of the DD Judge,
If you like Westside, the new TC Maiden has a similar flight to the Judge IMHO with a slight bead and a shallower profile-
It was love at first toss for me- after my local Trilogy challenge I immediately traded for 6x more :)
You know...
This changes so often for me:
So here it is again:
VIP Boatman
Pre-Mac Lucid Truth
The New TC Origio Maiden
These should cover all lines since I am a 50/50 BH/FH dude
good by Shields, Hello Maidens- they are fantastic, after my local TC, I could see throwing these and putting with these as well, just the right amount of stability, and nice shallow/ micro bead feel to them-- luckily i traded for 2x more and ended up with 3x origio Burst maidens, yay...
the new Anvil from Westside, Buzzz OS, both beadless and overstable- I especially like the way the Anvil feels and flies for FH tosses- lighter weights and beat them in for less stability
great starter bag for sure, no high speed/ OS stuff needed for now, The Add a Comet advice is sound, it will teach you proper form,
you could FH/Flick the Escape to learn proper FH form
And a lighter weight leopard should be every beginners best friend IMHO
The Judge is a fantastic...
Deputy, Original Truth and Witness if you want to go with Dynamic Disc --- or Air Escape instead of Witness
These discs will all fly perfectly straight, even for a beginner if thrown properly
I love me some glidey, grippy, Swedish made plastic
Westside for sure! They have all the essentials, Harp, Shield, Pine, Warship, Boatman,
although I would miss an Escape or Saint in the bag- could probably make do with a Warship since its a tweener disc
the new Anvil looks/sounds great, can't wait to try it out
lat 64s Culverin is what replaced my Thundy, It seemed to have a bit more glide/seemed more controllable- for me
still has a dependable fade and does ok in the wind
The Culverin/Escape or Saint pairing works great for me in that Fairway/Control Driver slot
just thought you needed more...
Verdict = farthest mid I can FH, and it feels great in the hand for a Flick-
I carry 2, a beat Lucid for straighter and a fresh Hybrid for more beef/fade
Buzzz OS is also a good option, although it's the last non trilogy Disc in my bag and I have been throwing it BH lately
